Terms & Conditions:

Booking

All Hire items remain the property of AAB Weddings and Events.

 

To secure a booking a Non Refundable booking fee of £50 or more is required with a signed contract.

Depending on the items booked will depend on the deposit.

 

No booking is guaranteed until the booking fee and contract is received.

AAB Weddings and Events will reserve your date for only 7 days. We will then release your date again.

 

When a booking fee has not been paid AAB Weddings and Events reserve the right to book another wedding or event.

We will email you to confirm you still want to book. If payment has not been made that day your date will be offered to the next client.

 

In the event of a price increase AAB Weddings and Events will honour the quotation for 7 days after 7 days if the booking fee and deposit has not been paid you will be invoiced with the amended amount.

 

Once AAB Weddings and Events have received the completed contract and payment your date will be secure.

If we are designing a bespoke wedding or event this fee will change. Please contact for more details.

 

Deposit

Your refundable deposit is payable 1 month before your wedding.

Deposit will be refunded when items are returned undamaged.  Once all the product/s have been inspected your deposit will be refunded if everyone is undamaged and nothing lost. This may take time in busy periods.

If any hire products are damaged the cost of the replacement will be deducted from the deposit. If this fee is higher that the deposit you will be invoiced for the balance.

This balance is to be paid within 7 days.

After 7 days you will incur a 10% interest charge.

After 1 month the client will incur a 15% interest charge  .

After 2 months  a further 15% will be added. AAB Weddings and Events will be seeking legal action to cover the cost.

The cost of any legal fees will be added to you invoice.

The client hiring any products will be liable for any damage or loss.

 

Chair covers and fabrics any stains that can be removed you will not be charged. This is included in your hire price as we except stains from food , drink and light scuff marks from shoes.

AAB Weddings & Events consider these stains as normal from any wedding or event.

You will be charged for cigarette burns , excessive stains , rips and tears , Graffiti , nail polish , Pen marks or for anything lost.

If this amount is higher than your deposit you will be invoiced for the balance.

 

Hire of Products

Final numbers for chair covers and sashes is required 6 weeks before the wedding or event via email. Slight increase adjustments to your original booking after this date maybe accommodated. We cannot guarantee that a sudden increase can be excepted. We will not refund or change your booking for a decrease in your order for chair covers or products after this date.

 

It is the clients responsibility to make arrangements with the venue that the tables and chairs are all set up and ready for us to dress prior to are arrival at a agreed time.

Any furniture that needs to be removed is removed before we arrive.

If we are waiting around before we can set up you will be charge a hour rate.

 

If any of our hire items are moved during the wedding or event we are not held responsible if we have not been hired to do this. The client will be held responsible for any damage than may occur to either our products or the venue.

 

AAB Weddings & Events will only set up what we have agreed to prior to your wedding or event. We will not set up any of the cutlery , napkins, place settings, favours and seating plan. Unless we have been hired to do so.

 

AAB Weddings & Events are only responsible for dressing and undressing the hire items you have hired from us.

 

If the venue has changed chairs and we have not been informed we are not held responsible if our chair covers do not fit.

 

Any products that is hired for outdoor use any adverse weather conditions and garden irrigation watering system can affect the outdoor setup .

The Client agrees to make sure that any garden irrigation watering system is not on or will not be on whilst our products are installed outside.

The client agrees that whilst every effort is made to minimise the impact of adverse weather any consequences of adverse weather remains the clients risk.

 Any damage / replacement needed due to these circumstances the client will be responsible.

 

HIRE DIY

All items for collection will be collected the day before the Wedding or Event at a agreed time. All items will be return the day after the wedding or event at a agreed time.

If products are not returned on the agreed day a additional day charge will be incur.

If setting up the games make sure there is plenty of space away from the buildings to ensure there will be no damage occurred whilst playing the games.

 

Outdoor Games

Please note that all persons using the games do so at there own risk.

Any damage or injury to a person or property AAB Weddings and Events are not held accountable for.

Hiring these games the client will be responsible and liable for any damage or injury occurring from a result of misuse / reckless use.

 

These guideline are for the safety for everyone using the games.It is the sole responsibly of the client to ensure that these guidelines are fully adhered to at all times.

 

No food, drink , Gum or smoking  is allowed near the games .This will avoid choking and any mess.

Please note if returned in a dirty condition the client will incur cleaning charge.

 

A responsible adult must supervise the games at all times. Always ensure the games are used correctly and not being used for anything else.

 

Always ensure that there is no fighting , pushing or behave in manor which is likely to cause injury or distress to others. Ensure everyone is playing the games safely at all times.

If setting up the games make sure there is plenty of space away from the buildings to ensure there will be no damage occurred whilst playing the games.

 

When our garden games are set up outside we cannot and will not be held responsible for any damage to lawns. The client will be held responsible.

 

When booking wedding crazy mini golf please state what age your guests are as we have a range of putters for all ages from 3 plus.

 

We requie the details for the  personalised scorecards 6 weeks before you wedding or event.This is to ensure they will be ready on time.

 

AAB Weddings & Events supply Low Bounce Balls so you don't have to worry about the balls going to high like traditional golf balls.

 

 

PARKING FEES

Any parking fee or toll fees we incur will be added to you invoice this will be payable before your wedding or event.

 

 

TRAVEL FEES

Where travel fees may be incurred the amount will be added to the quotation.

 

 

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Personalised items are to be paid in full. Once payment is received the item/s will be made.

 

The money paid for items is Non refundable due to these items being unsellable.

 

I agree that I have checked the spelling of each name and all wording. If names and wording is spelt incorrectly. I agree that the client is responsible for this .I do not hold AAB Weddings and Events accountable.I will ensure that all details will be send 4-8 weeks prior to your wedding to ensure it can be made in time.

 

 

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your booking your booking fee is non refundable.

 

AAB Weddings & Events understand that you may need to cancel your Wedding or Event for a variety of reasons and potentially under very difficult and stressful circumstances. If you cancel your booking your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE you will loose your deposit.

 

Any items purchased for your wedding or event will need to be paid for in full.

 

Cancellations that occur 6 weeks or less before the date of the wedding or event full payment will be required.

 

 

Disclaimer

Please note that all persons using the games do so at there own risk. The client will be responsible and liable for any damage or injury occurring from a result if misuse or reckless use. The client agrees that AAB Weddings and Events is not liable.

 

These guidelines above are for the safety of the guests and property of the venue .It is the sole responsibly of the client to ensure that the guidelines are adhered to at all times.

 

AAB Weddings and Events cannot and will not except and responsibility for any damage to venue or injury to a person. I have explained to all my guests that AAB Weddings and events are not liable for any injuries. If  the client do not explain this to the guests the client is fully responsible.

 

I / We have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions above and agree that AAB Weddings and Events are not held responsible for any injury to the person or venue.

 

 I / We agree any responsibility is held with the client named in this contract. Whilst the games and any hire products are in my care that I am responsible for.

 

I / We are aware that whilst games and hire products are in my care I will pay for any loss or damage that may occur  including cleaning charges if the games come back dirty.

 

It is not permitted to use any of the images or wording from this website. You will be in breach of copyright.
