To secure your date a min deposit of £50 or more will be required when booking .Depending on what you are booking depends on the deposit .Once AAB WEDDINGS have received payment your date is then secure.
No food or drink and Gum to be allowed near the games. This will avoid choking and any mess .

A responsible adult must supervise games at all times .
Always Ensure the games are used correctly and not being used for anything else .
( ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO A PERSON OR PROPERTY AAB WEDDINGS ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR )
Always Ensure that there is no fighting , pushing or colliding or behave in a manor which is likely to cause injury or distress to others.
Ensure everyone is playing the games safely at all times
Ensure there is plenty of space away for the buildings and ensure that there is
no damaged occurred whilst playing the games .

THE PERSON /S HIRING THESE GAMES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE / LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY OCCURRING FROM A RESULT OF MISUSE OR RECKLESS USE.
THESE GUIDELINES ARE FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE USING THE GAMES AND IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBLY OF THE HIRER TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE FULLY ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES .
AAB WEDDINGS CANNOT AND WILL NOT EXCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED TO ANYONE USING THE GAMES .
I/WE HAVE READ THE ABOVE AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT

I/WE AM AWARE THAT WHILST IN MY CARE I AM FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GAMES AND WILL PAY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR.
THIS WILL ALSO INCLUDE IF THE GAMES ARE RETURNED IN AN UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION .i.e DIRTY OR MUDDY CONDITION WHAT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED .
I WILL EXPECT TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR CLEANING.
THE PERSON / S HIRING ANYTHING WILL BE RESPONSIBLE / LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY ITEMS THAT ARE HIRED OUT. IF THE ITEMS OF LOSS OR DAMAGE IS MORE THAN THE DEPOSIT .YOU WILL BE INVOICED AND PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED WITH 14 DAYS.
All makeup brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary between every makeup application . We always use disposable products where possible to avoid contamination of the products.
Makeup products we use are hypoallergenic and cruelty free as far as we are aware. Any skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and to the ( booking where possible ).
A patch may be required to test for a reaction if you have sensitive skin. This will need to be done 24/48 hours prior to trial.
Client agrees to release the makeup artist from any liability from any skin complication due to allergic reaction.
Makeup / hair will be completed to the customer satisfaction .But will not exceed the allotted time for makeup and hair.
Ample of time will be allocated for the booking . Clients need to make sure that everyone is ready when requires so not wasting time .
ACCEPTANCE OF THE COMPLETED MAKEUP / HAIR is acknowledgement by the client that they are completely satisfied on the day.
Where parking or toll fees may be incurred , the amount will need to be added to the final payment and due for payment when the final payment is due .
Where petrol fees are incurred the amount will be added to the quotation.
If you need to cancel your booking or part booking .Any deposit is NON – REFUNDABLE.
There is no cancellation fee on the condition that you have cancelled 30 days prior to the booking .
If cancelled within 30 days before the booking a 50 % fee will be incurred.
If cancelled within 14 days before the booking a 75 % fee will be incurred.
If cancelled within 7 days before the booking a 100 % fee will be incurred.
